LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

 

The personal data indicated on this page are processed as necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner in guaranteeing the regular functioning of the web services offered, in obtaining statistical information on visits and on the use of the services themselves and in responding to requests sent to us (art .6, paragraph 1 letter f) of the Regulation).

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

 

Navigation data   

 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

 

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), some information regarding the geolocation of the request and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's computer environment (fingerprint).

This is information that is not collected with the aim of being associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified.

 

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);

  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The data (log-files, traffic data) could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason kept by the ISP (Internet Service Provider, Internet connectivity provider) and from the web host.

 

Data communicated by the user

 

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses indicated on the site and the compilation and forwarding of the "Contacts" form in the appropriate section, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact details (e-mail address) mail) necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in communications. The treatment in question does not require the acquisition of consent since it is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller; furthermore, the provision of data is to be considered optional but necessary for the completion of the request: failure to provide them would make it impossible to follow up on the request received.

 

The sending of messages and the compilation of the form does not involve the automatic subscription to a mailing list with a promotional or commercial purpose.

 

The data collected in this way are kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to messages. In the event that a commercial relationship is established, the data will be kept at least for the duration of the relationship itself.

 

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

 

The navigation data are stored by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and by the web host (subject that hosts the web server on their own physical machines) which keep them according to the times provided for by the law.

The personal data collected following receipt of messages and contacts through the form are also processed by the internal staff authorized by the Data Controller, who acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

 

No profiling is carried out and the collected data are not subject to automated decision-making processes.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES AND RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

 

Interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation).  

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the Guarantor for the protection of personal data), as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
